Maple Heights & Annex Living Requirements
- Must be age 62+
- Must be income qualifying
- Very Low Income:
- Single total gross income must be no more than $25,700
- Couple total gross income must be no more than $29,350
- Extremely Low Income:
- Single total gross income must be no more than $15,400
- Couple total gross income must be no more than $17,600
Note: Income levels are adjusted by HUD and change on a yearly basis. Individuals must be income qualifying and meet age requirements or have physical accessibility needs. Individuals with physical accessibility needs must be 18 years of age or older, and must meet the requirements for mobility impaired units.
