- Take time to find the right treatment. Trial & error.
- Don’t rely on medications alone. Seek therapy either in groups or one on one.
- Social support.
Treatment takes time and commitment. It may not happen overnight. Always involve your doctor and family for support & treatment options. Depression can be seasonal especially over the winter and holiday months.
