Eighty volunteers were recognized at the annual Volunteer Luncheon held at The Pointe at Sunrise on April 7. In 2015 two-hundred and fifty volunteers invested an estimated 5,000 hours of service to Sunrise and its residents. The following individuals were recognized for their outstanding service: Anderson Brothers Printing: business volunteer, Katherine Calhoun: resident volunteer, Mary Pointer: staff volunteer, Ron Yockey: fundraising volunteer and Donna Bennett: unsung hero.
